CSAB 2013 JEE Main Counselling seat allotment process Result

CSAB 2013 : Central Seat Allocation Board has issued JEE main 2013 first round qualified candidates list to be announced on 10.07.2013 today. These CSAB 2013 Qualified candidates can register to continue counselling procedure. Actually JEE main rank cards available last month. all the successful candidates of JEE(Main) 2013 and invite all the eligible candidates to participate in the CSAB-2013 seat allocation process. In previous years the admission process was conducted through CCB (Central Counseling Board), while this year  CCB has been renamed as CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board) for completing the seat allocation process.Actually About 1.6 million students have appeared for JEE (Main) this year.

CBSE and CSAB are two different and independent boards. CBSE conducted JEE (Main) examination and publisheed the merit list. CSAB only uses the merit list published by CBSE for seat allocation purposes. Seats in CSAB will be allocated on the basis of JEE (Main) All India Ranks of the candidates provided by CBSE. CSAB 2013 JEE main counselling procedure :
people should follow the 1st two steps , because its already done.
That means online registration and online choice filling procedure and was verify to announced  the results today 10.07.2013.
SEAT Allocation and Document verification :
1st round qualified candidates , should visit official website : http://www.csab.in/
Candidates will produce all the relevant certificates in original and photocopies of documents for verification, when they report to the Reporting Center.

Required Document are : 
Printout of online seat allocation letter from CSAB website (www.csab.in)
Printout of locked choices with terms and conditions taken from the CSAB website and duly signed by the candidate. 

Originals for verification 
Admit Card of JEE (Main)-2013. 
Score Card of  JEE (Main)-2013 issued by CBSE.
Class X (High School) Board Certificate as proof of date of birth. 
Pass Certificate and Marks sheet of qualifying examination. 
Certificate of category (SC / ST/ BC-NCL) issued by the competent authority 
Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD)(if applicable).
Passport, if the candidate has passed the qualifying examination from outside India
Proof of place of examination Center of the final examination from the National Open School for candidates having Senior Secondary Certificate

The originals will be returned after verification and self-attested copies will be retained by the Reporting Center.Two passport size photographs identical to the one pasted on the  JEE (Main) 2013 application form.

Fee :
payment is through Demand Draft, the candidates have to  pay Rs. 41,000/- which includes an extra non-refundable processing fee amount of Rs. 1000/-. The demand draft should be drawn in favor of “Chairman, CSAB-2013”, payable at Rourkela.

Provisional Admission Letter : 
candidate gets a seat allocation in the first time, provisional admission letter will be issued at the Reporting Center (RC) after completion of reporting formalities. This provisional admission letter shall indicate the personal details of the candidate, details of the Institute and branch to which the candidate has been provisionally admitted, and details of initial fee payment.

JEE Advanced 2013 Counselling Seat Allotment Process Dates

JEE Advanced 2013 Rank Card Admission Counselling Dates at jee.iitd.ac.in

JEE Advanced Counselling starts on 24th June 2013. At JEE Advanced has conducted Indian Institutes of Technology , There are sixteen IITs at present, located at Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Mandi, Mumbai, Patna, Ropar, Roorkee and Varanasi where they can M. Sc. Integrated courses in pure and applied sciences and M.Tech. Integrated courses in few disciplines are also offered by many of these institutes. 

JEE Advanced 2013 Counselling Procedure :
JEE Advanced counselling procedure can get different stage , those are 
1. Online registration
2. Online choice filling
3. Online seat allotment
4. Online Provisional admission (Candidates must physically present at the respective zonal IITs for certificate verification and fee payment).

Online Registration : 
Those who are qualified JEE advanced shortlisted candidates for counselling for admission to the IITs and ISM Dhanbad should visit the JEE(Advanced)-2013 Online Counselling Portal, JCOP at http://jee.iitd.ac.in/ to get a User ID and register any time between June 24th - 30th , 2013 (7 days).

Online choice filling :
After registration, shortlisted candidates are permitted to enter the JCOP site to fill the course choices. Course choice filling is open till 5 PM on June 30th, 2013. Candidates can fill in as many numbers of choices in the order of preference from the list of available seats.Choices should be positively locked before 5 PM on June 30, 2013. If candidates fail to explicitly lock their choices by 5 PM, June 30, 2013, their choices will be automatically locked after this deadline.

Note :  At any stage Document verification , payment process should be done, so be aware of it.

Online Seat Allotment :
The first round of course allotment will be declared on the JCOP on July 4th , 2013, the second round of course allotment on July 9th , 2013, and the third round of course allotment on July 13th , 2013.The course allotted at the end of third round of course-allocation is final.There is no provision to freeze the course allotted to the candidate at the end of the first or second rounds.

Provisional admission :
Candidates who got a seat allotment for the first time in any of the first three rounds should report to the Zonal IIT from where he/she appeared for the JEE(Advanced) - 2013.

Certificate Verification :
1. Printout of the course allotment letter from JCOP website
2. Original Admit card of JEE (Advanced) - 2013
3. Duly filled Application Form (Annexure 1)
4. Dully filled Medical Examination Report (Annexure 2)
5. Class X( High School) Board Certificate/ Any other certificate as proof of data of birth
6. Mark sheet and certificate of passing the qualifying examination.
7. Certificate of category (OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/PwD/DS) issued by the competent authority. The format of the certificates are available in the Information Brochure of JEE (Advanced)-2013 irrespective of whether or not such a document was given along with the JEE (Advanced) registration form.
8. Attested photocopy of the page in their passport that contains the name, photo and nationality (Only for the foreign national candidates).
9. Demand Draft for the Registration Fees Rs. 60,000/- (Rs.20,000/- in case of SC/ST category) to accept the offer of admission. Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of Organizing Chairman, JEE (Advanced)-2013, Payable at New Delhi. The amount paid will be adjusted towards the fee to be paid at the time of admission.

In that Around top 1.5 lakh of people from jee main in all categories are eligible to appear in JEE Advanced examination  Well These JEE Advanced examination scheduled to be held on 02.06.2013. Before the JEE Advanced examination these online application should be starts on 08.05.2013 for admissions to B.E./B.Tech and B.Arch / B.Planning courses admissions in to IITs, NITs, IIITs, Deemed Universities. Well Only Top 1.5 lakh of people  (releasing the result) qualified in JEE main 2013 Result will eligible to Appear those candidates for JEE Advanced 2013.

The JEE advanced answer key for both Paper-1 and Paper-2 of this exam will be displayed on the JEE (Advanced) websites of zonal IITs on June 11. The student can view his or her answer sheet and marks obtained between June 14 and 17 at the same website. There will also be a provision for the student to request for review of specific questions and its marks. The student will have to pay fees of Rs.500 for each question to be reviewed.
