CLAT 2014 : Common law admission test 2014 has announced the all India entrance examination for admission to UG and PG courses Online application and Notification 2014. These CLAT was conducted by Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur during the academic year 2014. They had under 14 national law universities has And along some more information. Well This CLAT 2014 Entrance test was going to held on 01.01.2014. Eligible candidates should follow this detail information on Application process.
Qualification :
Eligibility for UG courses :
People should have completed its 10+2 intermediate level or its equivalent course with marks of 50% , certified by the board.
Eligibility for PG courses :
People should have completed its LL.B/B.L degree or its equivalent course with marks of 55% , certified by the board/university.
Application Fee :
GEN / OBC payment : Rs.4000/-
SC/ST payment : Rs.3500/-
Online Mode : Online payment can be made through net-banking, debit card, credit card etc. wherein the candidate will have to bear the additional transaction costs for remitting the fees through payment gateways.
Offline Mode: candidate will have to download the 'Bank Challan' that will be generated with the required information, as filled in by the candidate, and make the payment with additional bank charges at any branch of the SBI. After making the requisite payment at the bank, the candidate needs to upload the scanned PDF copy of the 'Bank Challan' and also fill-in the details as required at the relevant section of the website.
Apply Online :
Select Online Application , where at candidates should register on the CLAT website and give your personal details , Dob and community.
After submitted Online Application Form in PDF format and other details will be available and accessible in the LOGIN ACCOUNT of the candidate.
No copies of the filled in Online Application Form or uploaded certificates/documents need to be sent to the CLAT Office.
Documents To Be Uploaded during Online Application :
The relevant attested photocopies of the certificates/documents in support of one's claim for admission are to be uploaded while filling the Online Application Form.
The scanned attested photocopies of the documents to be uploaded in the PDF format (or as specified) by all the candidates are:
1.Birth Certificate
2.Standard X Marksheet
3.Qualifying Examination Marksheet/Certificate such as 10+2 or its equivalent examination certificate from a recognized Board (for UG Courses).
4.Qualifying Examination Marksheet/Certificate such as LL.B. or its equivalent examination certificate from a recognized University (for PG Courses).
5.Passport size photograph (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms) [JPG Format]
6.Signature of candidate [JPG Format]
7.Signature of parent/guardian [JPG Format]
The scanned attested photocopies of the documents to be uploaded in the PDF format by a candidate depending on the applicability are:
1.Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)
2.Disability Certificate (Persons With Disability, P.W.D.)
3.Special Category certificate like E.B.C.; B.C.; W.B.C.; D.F.F.; S.E.B.C.; Ancestral residents of village Sidhuwal, District Patiala; Son / Daughter of Defense Personnel Deployed in U.P. or Defense Personnel of U.P. either retired or killed/ disabled in action; Dependant of Freedom Fighter of U.P. and Kashmiri Migrant.
4.Certificates in support of One's Claim for NRI/NRI Sponsored Candidate.
5.Domicile Certificate in support of one's claim for consideration under State Quota
