WBJEE 2013 online counselling process , WBJEE Seat allotment and counselling dates
WBJEE 2013 counselling or admission procedure starts on 20th June 2013 . As per WBJEE 2013 counselling , Students need to fill the online registrations , choice of filling and locking to the WBJEE seat allotment before document verification still its ends on 11th July 2013. Well these step to step process will clearly explains below as follows:
In WBJEE 2013 counselling will be 4 rounds of counselling Registration and Choice filling for initial three rounds will be allowed only once and the same choices will be process up to 3rd round. Fourth (INFORMED CHOICE) round will be LAST round of counselling and also it will be web based. Before entering the Counselling hall , candidates should required the documents are :

Print out of WBJEE 2013/ JEE Main 2013 rank from website
Higher Secondary/Class XII (or equivalent examination) Mark Sheet
Madhyamik/ Class X (or equivalent examination) Admit Card
1st round after :
Allocation Certificate from WBJEEB website
Receipt of Online Counseling Registration Fee (E-challan receipt)

Online Counselling registration :
Qualified WBJEE 2013 / JEE main 2013 candidates are required to register your details at official website : http://wbjeeb.nic.in/
On Successfully registration after candidates need to download the E-challan form counselling fee of Rs 506 (inclusive of service charge & non refundable) at any branch of Allahabad Bank with Core Banking System (CBS). e-challan payment details have to be entered by the candidate before choice filling.
Bank E-Challan Receipt is important and will be required to be furnished during Admission Process at the Reporting Centre .
Choice filling and locking procedure :
1. All the registered candidates who have also paid the counselling fees are required to submit their choices (in order of institute and branch) online from any internet point during the specified period.
2. Candidates are required to submit the single set of choices against WBJEE seats & JEE (Mains) seats, even if they are eligible for both.
3. Registration, choice filling and locking is permitted once before the counselling for the three rounds and not in between.
4. TFW candidates have an option to fill the choices with TFW and without TFW seat in any order of preference.
5. Candidates must lock their choices before 5 pm of the specified last date and take a printout of their choices.
6. The choices submitted by candidates in the 1st round will be processed up to 3rd rounds for up-gradation, if candidate desires through willingness at RC.
7. In 4th round of counselling, all the registered candidates during main counselling or fourth round of counselling will submit the fresh choice(s).

Seat Allotment :
seats will be provisionally allotted in the order of merit as per AIR for JEE(Main) seats and as per GMR for JEM seats on the basis of the locked choices. The allotment result will be available on the website.
Seat allotment through online counselling will be done in all the four rounds. In the first round, all the seats will be allotted to the candidates and the result indicating the institution and course allotted will be available on the website. In the second, third & fourth rounds, seats will be allotted against the available vacancies in the respective rounds, and the results will be available on the web site.
Students will have to download and print their allotment letters.After all who withdraw from any of the three rounds cannot participate again till the fourth round where they will be given a chance to obtains admissions on the basis of the vacancies.
