NRI Passport At INDIAN Mission fresh passport , renewal passport ,Re -issue passport and New passport
Before filling the Passport Application form for NRI Non residential Indian candidates to apply fresh passport , renewal passport ,Re -issue passport and New passport ( in case of any damage etc.,) Can be available , passport information such as name of mission service , personal details ,family details ,previous passport information , complete details of date of birth certification ( information on affidavits of DOB ), affidavits of identification certificate Etc.. 

Detail to  filled NRI Online Registration/ application :

Indian mission : Select various mission and post .

Service desire :  which means fresh passport , renewal passport ,Re -issue passport and New passport for children passport up to 15 years old.

Personal  details : Name , surname , previous Name , DOB , sex , place of Birth , country , qualification , profession , visible marks , height , color of eye and hair.

Click to save and continue and get temporary application ID .

After Select complete partially filled registration form  : 

To enter temporary application ID and Image code , to download the NRI passport application form in that.

To write filled in  BLOCK LETTERS.

To scanned signature and thumb impression as particular applied candidate.

In case of minor applicants , parent should NOT sign in the box.

To attach concerned DOB and identification details etc..

There are still some columns in the application form which you will have to fill by hand. You will have to visit the concerned mission to submit the completed application form along with fee, supporting documents such as date of birth certificate etc. on the appointed day and time. The date and time of appointment at the Mission will be informed by the on-line system and will also be printed on the application form.
